The Boot Fairy

On a shelf way in the back, lies a boot so soft and black. And in the toe, although no one knows, a little tiny Fairy goes.

So safe and warm, she’s not a pest but only hides for just a rest.

Cause fairies have a lot to do; watch over you and stick like glue. Except at night, you go to bed, and then they rest their little heads!

Most fairies have a garden home, and from there they never roam. Not this Shoe Fairy; she’s a hoot. ‘Cause she lives in that little boot.

In your closet, this I know, you have some shoes and some boots. Keep those boots. Don’t throw one out! Your little Fairy, she will pout!

Then, she will stay; watch over you, and she will be so very true!
